5 cara membuat jiwa kembali BERSEMANGAT

1. Jangan Terlalu Memikirkan Masalah Yang sedang dihadapi. Banyak orang dalam menghadapi masalahnya dengan "terlalu" atau dengan emosi. Justru yang begini ini yang membuat otak semakin tegang. Sehingga badan terasa berat buat beraktifitas, jadi males - malesan deh.
2. Lakukan kegiatan kesukaan. Biasanya yang ini lumayan manjur juga. Dengan melakukan kegiatan kesukaan (Hobi lah !) bisa melupakan masalah yang sedang dihadapi. Misal dengerin musik, nonton film, makan, tidur (hehe), dll.
3. Cuci Mata di Mall. Hehe, mungkin yang ini agak sedikit aneh ya...Masa lagi ada masalah malah jalan - jalan cuci mata ??? . Tapi lumayan juga si khasiatnya buat nambah semangat. Bayangin ajja, dengan cuci mata ini kita hanya melihat - lihat barang yang unik - unik di mall,  sehingga bisa memotivasi kita untuk berkreasi ria, bisa juga menambah wawasan. Dengan begini masalah akan hilang dan semangat akan muncul.
4. Merenung Sejenak. hmmmmm,,yang ini juga manjur. Dengan kita merenungkan masalah kita sejenak, tanpa emosi. Secara tidak sadar, otak kita bekerja dengan rileks dan tubuh kita terasa ringan. Selain itu, kita juga bisa menemukan solusi atau jalan keluar dari masalah itu. So, kita bisa beraktifitas kembali seperti biasa dengan semangat baru.
5. Curhat. Naaahhhh, dengan cara ini biasanya yang kita lakukan pertama kali saat mendapat masalah yang cukup rumit. Karena apa yang ada dalam pikiran, kita curahkan kepada orang lain. Yang pasti orang lain ini yang dimaksud seperti sahabat, teman deket, adek, kakak, atau bahkan orang tua. Dengan curhat ini, selain kita melepas unek - unek dalam otak, kita juga pasti mendapat saran atau motivasi dari orang yang kita curhatin. Kita mendapat berbagai "wejangan" yang akan membangkitkan semangat kita
